Pancakes and waffles are breakfast food staples, but most people don’t take the extra effort to make them. Below is an easy vegan pancake recipe with only four ingredients.
Ingredients:
1.5 cup oats
1 ripe banana
1 cup your choice of nut milk
2 tbsp peanut butter powder
Tools:
Food processor
Non-stick pan

Directions:
Blend oats into a flour, then add nut milk and banana and blend into batter.
Heat the pan on medium, then pour batter into desired size.
Cook until the edges are golden brown and bubbles appear. Flip and repeat.

Topping options:
Sliced strawberries
Peanut butter
Maple syrup
Agave nectar
Powdered sugar
Cinnamon
Chocolate chips
